Got the old motor out tonight and took the oil pan off. Turns out to be the connecting rod bearing. I'll be transfering parts tomorrow. Steve

1994 Saturn SL 5-speed While driving today I noticed my odometer stopped working. The speedometer still works fine and there are no codes/ses light. Looking at the schematic, it looks like there is only one speed sensor

How the hell do you check the tranny fluid on this car?? all i can find is where to put it in, but there is no dip stick. i just found that kinda wierd

In Drive, my 2001 Impala (40K) rolls backwards when going uphill, if not stepping on gas or brake. Is this normal? It happens even on very slight upslope. The car could move backwards quite a bit when I release brake and step on gas after a red light, scaring the driver ...

Noticed this on trip last week when putting load on engine going up grades with cruise control on. Also duplicated it later without cruise on. Vacuum leak?, vacuum switch module or ? What should I expect if I take it to the dealer?
