I've got a carburated 3L Century that has an in-tank fuel pump that I can't
hear.  13 volts arrive at the connector by the tank, but even a new pump
doesn't seem to work.  I changed the fuel relay as well.  Could that
capacitor before the pump be bad?  Any suggestions?

I am replacing the starter on my '69 Chevy Impala, and I am having trouble
finding out where one of the wires needs to connect to.  I have already
connected the hot wire, but there is another wire that looks like it has
been burnt.  I don't know what it connects to.  Any ideas?
