3.1 Intermittent spark 27 Oct 2005 14:26 GMT11
I have a 1995 Chevy Beretta that is experiencing intermittent spark on 3
cylinders. I have found this by putting a timing light on each plug wire and
looking at the strobe that I get from the timing light. 3 of the cylinders
give very intermittent spark, and the engine runs rough ...

Hello, the vehicle is a 1993 Chevy 1 ton diesel 6.2 (non turbo) with

grinding noise each time I started the truck but I thought it was the
starter.
1992 Buick ParkAve Magnavox Ignition Question27 Oct 2005 09:16 GMT5
I just acquired a 1992 Buick Park Avenue (beautiful car, great conditon,
interior in amazing shape) with about 140K on it.
Original 3800 motor, trans and all.
Outside a couple blown fuses and brakes, this is a great car.

Locking gas caps27 Oct 2005 09:16 GMT15
I think people are just plain paranoid.  Is it not true that nearly every
car produced since like 1995 (or even earlier) it is nearly impossible to
siphon gas out of the tank?
I have seen locking gas caps fly off the shelf faster than the price of gas

1996 Cavalier Horn27 Oct 2005 09:16 GMT2
1996 Chevrolet Cavalier (2.2Litre).
I've read many other topics about Cavalier horns not working. I've
checked the fuses, and nothing is bad there. Before I tear the fender
off, when I press the steering wheel, am I suppose to hear a clicking
'93 Jimmy interior light problem27 Oct 2005 09:16 GMT5
1993 Jimmy, the interior courtesy light will activate when I open any door
except the driver's door.  I suspected the driver's door pin switch,
however the switch is working as it does correctly activate the warning
buzzer when the keys are in the ignition and the door is opened. ...

Bare with me, I do not know anything about cars and am at the mercy of
mechanics - my story,

96 Pont Gran Prix - Lurching
Hello. I really know nothing about cars, so I hope someone will be able to
help me. I have a 96 Grand Prix, and it runs fine until I get up to around
50 mph, when it starts sputtering and lurching. it continues to do it, and
2000 Chevrolet Silverado erratic gas gauge27 Oct 2005 09:16 GMT2
I just bought a used 2000 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 4x4 and the owner told me about the erratic gas gauge. The guage will either show empty with a low fuel light, or FULL when its not or will show actual correct guage settings.. usually with typical driving all 3 will happen...

'02 Olds Silhoette Van Small Evap Leak Setting Check Engine Light, Fuel Cap is not the problem27 Oct 2005 04:12 GMT2
I am wondering if these GM minivans have a common failure point for a
small evaporative control leak detected.  I've tried two brand new fuel
caps, first a Stant and then a Genuine AC-Delco.   When I clear the code
it goes away for a short while, but comes back within five or so ...
Cars Looking Better???27 Oct 2005 03:19 GMT4
I have noticing that  the Japanese cars are starting to look better than
American cars now. At first they were ugly as hell but supposedly better
built yet I continued to buy American because it was the American way, but
now lets face it American car designs are starting to look ...
