question about stab bar bushing16 Oct 2005 16:23 GMT8
My '01 Impala base just got the front stabilizer bar bushings replaced as it

The car only has 45K miles on it. To my knowledge, the bushing shouldn't go

The wife had noticed a squealing in the brakes and I took it in to have it

I have a tiny pinprick hole in my metal tubular power steering hose.  Is
there a simple way to plug this hole?  Is there a special glue or sealant I
can use?  To replace the hose looks like a very difficult task.  I want an
easy and cheap way to fix it.
GM V6 geneology questions...14 Oct 2005 02:11 GMT11
1)  Is the 3.5 used in Impala, G6, vans, etc. derived from the 2.8/3.1/3.4?
If not, is it an all-new design or is it from somewhere other than North
America?
2)  Is the new 3.9 a bored and/or stroked 3.8, an enlarged 3.5, or what?
