I was just over to the Cadillac ng and not much happening there. I am thinking of looking for a '98-'00 Deville to buy. I would love any opinions on these cars. Do they have any common problems with engines, transmissions, etc.? I believe these cars to have the Northstar V-8.

1996 Pontiac Grand Am SE, 24L DOHC, automatic The brake pedal feels like there is nothing from the top of the pedal to about 1"-2" of travel then all of a sudden the brakes grab violently. I bled the brakes according to the Haynes manual (about a month or 1000mi ago).
