This mornings news had a GM mucketymuck broadcasting from the auto show,
and his tone was to reassure all us that GM has no plans to go bankrupt.
He admits they have serious problems, but - honestly or not - says that
bankruptcy is not an option.

 On a 12 hour car trip in an '06 Cadillac STS, (which I wasn't

I stopped today in my garage and it was clear that there was some
boiling going on in my cooling system and it sounded like it was from my
dash area.  What could this be an indication of?  I just has the system
flushed.  And the heat does come and go.

specify a GM fluid only or equivalent.

I have a 2003 chevy malibu. My brakes emit a high pitch noise only
when I apply the brakes for the first time on a cold or wet day. It
does not make this noise at any other point of the day. Any
suggestions?
