My 2004 Impala Sedan bought new almost 2 years ago, 3.4 motor, 79,000Km, has developed a water leak on the front passenger side when it rains or when I use a generous quantity of windshield washer. It looks like it may come from the air vent under the glove compartment.

The 3.9 G6 coupe as 240 hp yet the 3.9 convertible is only rated at 227 hp. Why? What are the differences in these identical engines? I was thinking bout getting the convertible but feel short changed.

In a hypothetical situation, if a hypothetical 2.8 V6 cadillac were doing burnout donuts, how would it be possible for said hypothetical power steering module to be FUBAR'd? any ideas? I'm ASE A1 A8 and I can't figure (this hypothetical)

The ac works fairly well I have to say. Gets the car cold in AZ heat. I can clearly hear the compressor kick in and out, 10 seconds on, 10 seconds off. It sounds rather mechanical, could there be a bearing in the compressor going south ? Is this fixable or does it need a new

I have some 99% alcohol from a drugstore (this is not rubbing alcohol, which has moisturizers added.) Would it be good for cleaning gunked-up PCV valves and the like? Or should I use a petroleum product such as diesel fuel? Is WD-40 any good for this kind of thing?
