Can anybody help? My tailights are not working. I have checked the fuse, checked the bulbs and all are working fine. My brake lights, etc work fine. My dash lights work as well as my front daytime running lights. Why don't my tail lights work?

Is there any way to relieve pressure in the gas line in order to replace the fuel filter without buying a special gauge as called out in the shop manual?

1986 Pontiac 600 ste 2.8 , 148k Miles The alt light and the Service engine soon light are comming on more often and seems to indicate an overcharge condition... Gauge nearly pegs and this goes back and forth.

I have an 87 LeSabre with the 3800 engine. The car runs fine when 1s started but after I drive it and the engine get nice and warm if shut i off and restart it after 5-30 minutes, it bogs down for a few minutes

I have a 01' GMC Yukon XL and the "low coolant" light comes on every week. I put coolant in this vehicle at least once a week. Initially I thought I had a leak but there are no leak spots in my garage. It's not a computer problem because I really do have to refill the coolant ...

97 pontiac GA 3.1, 131k miles. I must say this car has held up and runs pretty damn good to be honest...but the coolant leaks do to Dexcool have caused an Intake gasket failure at 80k costing me $800, and yesterday at 131k miles just dished out over $700 to repair a coolant leak ...

Hello, we have an extremely clean '92 Buick Riviera 3.8L that's starting to show some white/gray foamy muck around the intake. The dealer indicated that the intake manifold gasket needs replacing. As you can imagine this is a pricey repair, mostly labor.

This morning when I started our 2003 suburban, I put it in drive and then received a message on the LCD display that said "Reduced Engine Power." The engine continued to run, but when I pushed the gas pedal, nothing happened. No revving, no acceleration, nothing.

Apart from finding seaweed behind the glove compartment, what technique would you use to detect a car that has been submerged in a flood and what indications would you expect to find. I'm looking for a good used car....and want to avoid buying a "Katrina Special".
