How do you flush the heater core in a 1992 Buick Lesabre14 Nov 2006 14:53 GMT1
My 1992 Buick LeSabre does not blow any heat anymore, (the fan works
but no heat).  The coolant levels are fine and I was told that I should
try to flush the heater core.  How do you do this?  I know that I need
to find the 2 lines going through my firewall, however I cant seem to

05 Buick Lacrosse gasoline???13 Nov 2006 14:27 GMT6
I just bought subject car. I have question about gasoline. Manual says that
87 octane or more should be used. Car was airport rental, so I don't believe
renters were using more expensive gas. Should I keep using 87 or switch to
higher octane?
LeSabre 2000 Coarse Idle12 Nov 2006 21:28 GMT3
Hello, I have been driving my LeSabre for just a few weeks now, 81K on
the car.  Idle seems just a bit coarse, not missing, but I can feel the
vibrations of the idle.  I just recently spoke with a friend who has
owned LeSabres for the past 10 years and he told me his 3800 engined

1992 Buick Lesabre stalling problem?11 Nov 2006 16:45 GMT1
My 1992 Buick Lesabre started stalling on me periodically the other day
when idling. It starts up ok after stalling and the "check engine soon"
light comes on every now and then. I checked the computer codes and I
got code 34. At first thought it was my MAF, but now I am not sure.

Today while I was driving my 2000 Chevy Lumina the transmission started
upshifting very hard in every gear and making a whing noise. After I
turned off the car and started it again the problem went away. I only
have 59,000 miles on it. Would I be safe in just having the PCS

I've got a nice 87 lesabre I bought with only 57k miles on it...problem

Buick LeSabre 2000, moaning noise in rain08 Nov 2006 15:00 GMT1
Hello, I just bought a very nice 2000 Le Sabre Custom, which has the
self leveling rear suspension.  Normally after I start the car, I hear
the compressor humming, then it quits.  The other day it rained, and I
splashed through some standing water as I entered my driveway.  I heard
Bring back the pretty cars08 Nov 2006 11:35 GMT37
The Studebaker Lark and the Avanti were pretty cars.  You can even see
beauty in VW Rabbit and the Chevy II.  But there is only ugliness in
today's crop of automobiles.
