Hello, My GMC Jimmy VIN code W 8cyl VORTEX engine w/ auto tranny 4WD's
tranny is not working properly. At first reverse would studder, like
clutch slip, then in drive it will shift into drive and move but will
not shift until 3000 RPM and it kind of sticks until it will shift

My 73 Nova started leaking transmission fluid from the transmission dip
stick tube. It's a TH350 behind a 454. Took me three hours to get the tube
out of the transmission today. And, no way can I remove the tube from the
car, but I can replace the O ring. Question is how the hell ...

Anyone know what the best thing is for removing the residual adhesive
from Duct Tape?  Preferably something which won't affect the color of

They couldn't just use friction-hold wheel covers on my BUICK.
Instead, some yo-yo at GM designed "special, double-threaded wheel nuts"
You attach the wheel covers to these with plastic nuts.
This works well, if you never change the wheel !
