I am attempting to change the rear disc brake pads on my 94 Accord.  I am

Today after I parked the car and removed the key from ignition, I noticed
that some fans were still running. The sound was from where close to the
water tank. I then turned on the engine and shut it down again. Then the fan
sound stopped.

My new Civic has excess moisture inside one headlight. Is this normal?
