I have a 1999 Accord 5-speed that is making a strange noise in reverse. It
only seems to happen when backing with the wheels turned sharply to the
right. As I back up and begin to straighten out the wheels I get a buzzing
sound - apparently from under the hood on the right side, but ...

I have a 91 Accord with a Automatic transmission. It is responding
well in Reverse, 1 and 2. If I put it in D4 or D3 the car is very
sluggish and the transmission does not shift. The car gas a 150K miles
onit and it well cared for with regular transmission fluid changes.

I am planning to replace the 17inch wheels (aftermarket) that came on
my car when I bought it used. The two front ones have cracked and are
leaking.  My questions are, how do I calculate what size tire I need
to fit with my (either 17 or 18 inch) wheel that I am going to put on.

I'm not getting fuel to my carb. I've replaced both fuel filters and am now
looking at replacing the fuel pump. I'm having trouble locating the fuel
pump.
Could someone tell me where the fuel pump is?

 Maybe I should say intermittent normal idle.  When my '88 Accord DX
(carbureted, automatic) warms up, the idle is often rough at a stop in gear
and at idle.  It is bad enough that the hood shakes and the steering wheel
wiggles.  If the idle isn't too low, it usually still vibrates ...

I'm replacing the timing belt for the 90k service. Whats the recommendation
on replacing the shaft seals? Are they pretty easy to pull and replace once
the gears are off?

We are trying to remove the transaxle on an 86 accord (automatic,
carburated), when we got to the step regarding removing the driveaxles, the
first thing you must accomplish is removing a large nut and bolt from the
damper fork to lower control arm, however on the drivers side this ...

After a recent accident I had to replace one of the turn lamps on my
Accord.  I've replaced the assembly and the bulbs, and everything works
when I put the hazards on - all the lights flash correctly.
But when I use the turn signals I get nothing - neither left nor right -

Am thinking of getting  satellite radio XM as a gift for a person
with a new 2004 Accord LX 6 cyl.  Apparently it does not come
with an XM capable radio (only the leather packages have it) so will
have to do it the hard way, I guess.

I need a recommendations for the bike carrier rack for my accord 2003.
I know the followings are my choices in the order of preference.

I've found some prestone near the front right tire. Seems to come from
the overflow. The level is still high in the container. Weird, haven't
done anything since and no trace of leak. What could have happen?

Hi group,
The "S" light on the dash panel comes on green in my 91 Accord EX car.
I looked into the Chilton's manual but no mention of that anywhere. I assume
it is engine service light ?
