| '99 Accord V6 EGR cleaning | 08 Jul 2004 14:36 GMT | 2 |
Has anyone successfully performed the EGR cleaning on a '99 Accord V6 (or similar engine)? The car is misfiring between 1500-2000 rpm under very light load, but runs fine if you stomp on the gas. Distributor cap, rotor, wires, and plugs have all been replaced.

| Carrying Extra Main Relay | 08 Jul 2004 13:23 GMT | 9 |
Main Relay's problem has been talked about here before including the solution of resoldering. My main relay on my civic is hot after the car is driven about more than 40 minutes. It's really hot. Is this why the

| How far in to press balance shaft seals on 2.2L Accord Motor? | 08 Jul 2004 12:53 GMT | 2 |
After taking the front off my '93 Accord's motor (timing/balance belts, crankshaft pully, crankshaft gears, etc) I was going to replace all of the seals, but I notice that the seal on the front balance shaft was installed flush with the outside edge of the bore. I discovered that ...

| 2001 Odyssey fuel gauge problem | 08 Jul 2004 04:50 GMT | 4 |
Beginning about 4 months ago, the fuel gauge on our van began randomly dropping to completely empty, remaining there for some variable amount of time, then returning the (apparently) correct reading. It sometimes also reads somewhere in between zero and correct for a while.

| gas cap question | 08 Jul 2004 04:43 GMT | 2 |
I have a 1987 Honda Accord LX When I bought the car the owner told me she somehow lost the gas cap and had to replace it. The new gas cap is just a plain unvented metal cap. Is the cap for this car supposed to be unvented? I am just

| 2004 Accord EX V-6 Coupe clutch wierdness... | 08 Jul 2004 03:37 GMT | 11 |
I just bought an EX V-6... and the clutch is weird, it has like zero fade... There is no intermediate range in it, it is almost as if it is either engaged or out, no in between... Anyone else notice this? I have driven three EX's and they are all the same (I also have a an older LX ...

| Vibration @ 120km/h 04 Accord | 08 Jul 2004 03:07 GMT | 3 |
My '04 I4-auto Accord had a wicked vibration at 80-100km/h until the dealer rebalanced the tires... now the vibration is at 100-120km/h (highway speeds). I assume Honda dealers know how to balance tires so should I be looking for problems elsewhere? The car has 500km's on it now. ...

| Odyssey A/C | 07 Jul 2004 20:09 GMT | 4 |
I am posing this question here, as well as at Odyclub, since it may apply to more than Odysseys, and some Odyssey owners may not go there. The A/X in my wife's 2001 Odyssey EX occasionally stops cooling. The fan continues to blow, nothing else is noticably different - it is still ...

| Tire Recommendations for a First-Time Car Owner | 07 Jul 2004 15:19 GMT | 6 |
I have a 2003 Honda Civic with 26k miles. I took the it for a tire balancing yesterday as it was starting to vibrate at speeds > 60mph. The guy at Tire Express said that I needed new tires! I get my oil changed just under every 5000 miles, and with one exception, get my tires
