| 89 Accord clutch | 24 Jul 2004 21:00 GMT | 1 |
My 89 Accord clutch pedal is stiff and won't returning to the up position on its own. I had to pull it up with my toes. When I was driving and shifting I only pushed the pedal halfway down and it worked ok and would return up on its own. Well, I fooled with the clutch cable adjuster ...

I have noticed that sometimes when braking I feel a rumble in the brake pedal. It doesn't happen all the time though. Does anyone have any thoughts on what might cause something like this? This is not a question about the brake rumble noise when first starting the car,

As a complete newbie in car maintenance, I'm wondering whether someone out there advise me with a step-by-step guideline to change the engine oil? I also need to know what type of oil best suits this car (and which one I should go for in terms of value for money)! Thank you!

| Power windows - '04 Accord | 23 Jul 2004 14:55 GMT | 33 |
One thing I've noticed that Honda should change on the Accords is that when the window lock is set by the driver, the driver should still be able to operate the windows while locking the other passengers, i.e. kids out. Anyone else annoyed by this?

| 2000 Accord EX => Turn signals don't always cancel | 22 Jul 2004 20:54 GMT | 4 |
Ok, this is sort of a minor quibble but my previous car, even on just a mild lane change, would automatically cancel the turn signal. I bought a 2000 EXv6 and the turn signals only cancel if you make a pretty sharp turn. A moderate to mild turn and you have to manually shut ...

| 94 Accord Radio | 22 Jul 2004 19:35 GMT | 2 |
The display on the radio in my 1994 Accord EX doesn't work most of the time (unable to see station) and the tape player makes the tape jump every few seconds contantly unless the display is on before putting the tape in. The odd time giving it a good smack seems to help but other ...

| Incorrect Speedometer reading | 22 Jul 2004 18:15 GMT | 9 |
I've passed a few of those "unmanned" radar devices, the kind that tell you how fast your going, and they have been telling me my speedometer is lying about my speed. Specifically, my speedometer is saying I'm going 4mph faster then I am.
