I have one of those solar battery chargers that plugs into your
cigarette lighter and trickles a charge to the battery. My 2002 CR-V
doesn't have a cigarette lighter, it has DC power outlets. What would
happen if I plug the solar battery charger into one of those outlets?

I wonder if there is a way to modify the keyless remote/security system
so pressing "Unlock" on the remote ONCE unlocks ALL 4 doors instead of
just the driver-side.

Recently purchased a 2000 Accord 4 door v6 with no manual; one question
I have is regarding the keyless entry thing (called a fob?).  The first
press on the lock button seems to lock the doors, the second press makes
the horn blow.  What exactly is going on with each press?

Basically, the problem was a month ago when I noticed that A/C system
was not delivering cool air during hot days. One day I noticed some
vapor coming through the vents when AC was on.
So I purchased R134a recharge kit with leak protection (50,000 miles)

Pretty soon, I am going to have to stop using the remote entry system
on my new Civic EX because I seem to be very prone to accidentally
hitting the panic button.  The button gets hit with the transmitter in
my hand, with the transmitter in my pocket...pretty much anywhere.

I've started noticing a *clunking* noise from the engine (or under the
steering wheel), when I turn the steering while to the right. Can anyone
think of a cause of this? More importantly, will it be covered in my
warranty?

I drive a 1999 civic ex (5 speed). Are there any things that I need to
know before attempting to change the brakes. They are beginning to
squeel when I hit the brake.
also, my trunk area had a rust problem, right under the rear window. I

My minivan show a CEL interrmittently. Does anyone know if I can get these
codes read from an auto parts store, or is this  a dealer thing? Also, can I
do this myself?

My driver side door lock buzzes every time it attempts to auto lock
after ignition.
Basically the lock no longer locks, just the buzz, then it stays
unlocked. The passenger side works as normal.

Just bought a 99 Integra 2 door for my daughter.  It has 159000 miles on it.
Seems in very good condition.  Oil is very clean and trans fluid is clean
and full.

I'm curious if any taller drivers, especially long legged, have any thoughts
after living with a new Accord which includes telescopic steering. Does it
really help the tall drivers. In the past, most Accords I've driven really
seem to require a reach when the seat is back far enough ...

I own an accord lx with about 27,000 miles
on it (2001 model). The brake pads may
be wearing out as I hear a faint squeal when
braking.
