HI All - new here, and I've learned a LOT by reading back articles for a few days; thanks! I've got a problem with a '90 Civic Wagon AWD. Symptoms - the car would not start when 'warm', and this started a couple of months ago, as the temps started to climb here in SoCal. It

| 2002 Civic 30k Miles service....what is reasonable? | 09 Aug 2004 21:38 GMT | 1 |
I saw my in-law's bill for their 30,000 mile service on their new 2002 Civic. The price wasn't a problem, $356, until what I saw what they did/didn't do! Turns out that they now don't adjust the valve lash unless it is making "excessive noise" and the car has "special" spark plugs ...

I'm sure this has already been posted but I'll ask anyway. I have a 2004 Honda Pilot that makes a clunk noise when I shift from Drive into Reverse. It does not do it from Park to Reverse or even from P-R-N-R, only when the transmission goes from Drive to Reverse. The dealer claims ...

I had a 99 Accord and just got another 04 Accord for the family. I did research the subject of not getting another vehicle with chain instead of belt. I found out that 04 Accord does have timing belt and gave up the idea. Somehow the saleman talked me and gave a discount and I have

| I'm changing the timing belt, but what else at 46,000 miles? | 08 Aug 2004 15:55 GMT | 3 |
Why, you may ask, is he changing the timing belt at 46,000 miles instead of the nominal 90,000? Well, because it's a '94 Accord, coming up on its 10th birthday in September. I've come to accept, reluctantly, that I should get the timing belt changed. Actually, I

| GREAT SERVICE - HONDA SYDNEY | 08 Aug 2004 13:36 GMT | 2 |

| Accord versus Taurus Economics | 08 Aug 2004 07:23 GMT | 31 |
I am thinking about getting a used 2003 Taurus or Accord. The difference for a roughly equivalent model is around 8,000 cheaper for the Taurus, maybe even more. The Taurus has a high rate of depreciation and the Accord low depreciation.

I was reading the August 2004 of "MotorTrend" magazine and was shocked when I read about the "Saturn Vu AWD Red Line". Is a SUV. The article (on page 120-121) clearly says that it comes from the factory with a Honda V6 engine. The Displacement is 211.8 / 3471.

I was at an Acura dealership some time back and was 'toying' with the idea of trading in my 2000 Civic for a 2004 Acura RSX. I had also looked at the Honda Accord Coupe (Honda Factory Performance Edition) at the Honda dealership right across the street. So the salesman gave ...
