due to a "out-of-spec" (Feck!)

My 91 CRX HF won't crank, and the lights won't come on sometimes.  It
seems that the lights WILL come on after I have disconnected the
battery.  Then if I turn the ignition to ON, the dashboard lights up
normally.  If I then proceed to turn the ignition to the start

We just bought a used 1991 Honda Accord EX.  This car is awesome and we like
it a lot.  For some reason, the daytime running light(DRL) is on in the
instrument cluster.  It's orange.  And the actually daytime running lights

does anyone have a fix for turning the light out. The reservoir is

I heard 2.0 one has two version, normal engine or Vtec; wherease 2.2 ones
are all 100% VTEC engine, is that true??

Some punk wrote some profanities with a sharpie on my bumper. I want to

OK, I just did something very, very stupid.  While changing my igniter, I
didn't mark the wires as to which wire goes to which terminal.  I only know
for sure where one of the four wires goes.  Can someone either tell me (or
point me to a website) how the wiring is supposed to be?  ...
