Is there a way to find out if Timing belt needs change , or we have to
depend on Owners Manual timeline,

Can anyone suggest a place I can get a panel to replace the CD holder in
a 2004 Accord with a double-DIN slot?  I've seen them in pictures like

The tail lights on my 1990 Honda Civic do not work when engine is running
(brake and signal work). When the car is shut off, the tail lights  are
ok.

I recently purchased a 2004 CR-V model LX which did not have a keyless
remote entry.
Is adding the remote entry a do it yourself project or should I leave it to

I have an 89 civic hatchback. It wont run. I changed the main relay(brand
new). I was told it was my grounds. I redid all the battery wires and
added 2, 2" ground straps to the motor. still nothing. changed igniter,

2003 4 cylinder accord sedan.
I am trying to change the air filter.  There seems to be so many hoses going
to the housing, I am afraid of breaking something.  Any tips on how I can do
this work myself?

What could cause this? Also, my hand brake light stays dimly lit for quite a
bit while driving and goes out after a while.

1) Should I get the one that's in the car rebuilt?
2) Should I get a rebuilt one at pepboys?
3) Should I let the dealer/independant mechanic install it?

156k miles, here.
Voltage at the battery terminals when the car is
-- idling = about 12.7 volts
