Are ALL Honda Accords being recalled. I have a 2004 since May and have not
heard anything. Is this a "only some" or is this a total recall ?

I received a $175 estimate for a major tune-up, including replacement of
spark plugs, wires, rotors, distributor cap, and air filter.  There is a
$45/hr labor fee, and an estimated time of 2 hrs.
Is this too much?  It sounds like too much time...

Are there any good web sites or manuals available to install a new
stereo in my car?  It's in great need of an update.  The deck has to fit
perfectly.  I'm not against buying a factory CD player if one's available.

I bought used '97 Civic CX 2-door hatchback two years ago and have
noticed that the engine eats the oil signigicantly (3000 miles
decreased the oil level by half). Otherwise it runs great, just passed
the emission test.

Strangest damned thing.. I get in the car, switch to the ON position, wait
for the fuel pump to finish.. Crank, and it starts w/ no problems.. Idle
was a bit rough at first (I don't blame it, it hadn't been used for almost
2 months) .. I took it around the block and it was back ...

I just found water {clear, fresh h2o) sloshing around the air duct under
the dash. when you make a left turn, the water goes over to the right and
hits the blower. any idea where it comes from or how to stop it?
