Add tranny drain line?08 Oct 2004 16:34 GMT2
Hi, I wonder is this is feasible:
I have a 1996 Acura Integra with rather dirty automatic transmission
fluid.
Changing it a time or two or three seems a bit messy...

Oil drain plug? Where on pan?08 Oct 2004 16:22 GMT2
My mother in law just moved into area.  She has a CR-V 2002 model.  My wife
wants me to change her oil.  No problem but will my ramps create too much
slope.  I don't want to leave half a quart of dirty oil.  Both of my autos
have the drain in the back so being on incline is good. ...
Civic Del Sol in winter08 Oct 2004 13:36 GMT3
I'm thinking of buying a Civic Del Sol.  But I live in Minnesota and
would also be driving the car in winter.  Does anyone have experience
in driving the Del Sol in snow and ice?
Thanks
'04 Accord recall 08 Oct 2004 13:20 GMT7
How many people got the auto transmission recall?  Sounds pretty serious -
like the tranny will seize in some cases, causing loss of control.
For mine, they're supposed to put in an oil injector - sounds like a
somewhat major recall.
Just like I said, jackasses...08 Oct 2004 11:48 GMT18

1998 accord battery life08 Oct 2004 04:12 GMT2
I have a 1998 Accord EX V6 with 75k miles, live on Long Island. My battery
seems fine....starts right up, green eye. For me at least this is the
longest I ever got from a battery. Not that I am complaining but does it pay
to just replace it anyway? Any way to tell of it's impending ...

What is the procedure for replacing front brake pads on a V6 accord 2001?
Roughly how long does it take?.

Why do vents default to outside air?07 Oct 2004 04:05 GMT38
Just wondering--whenever I use the AC, my Accord keeps defaulting to
outside air (as do most newer vehicles, I've noticed).  I drive mostly
in traffic and don't like to breathe exhaust fumes filling the car, so
I'm continually resetting it to recirc. But I'm curious as to why

1991 Prelude  auto not locking up07 Oct 2004 03:48 GMT3

a little to go up a slight rise and it drops down @200 rpm (lock up I,d
say)and stays there till I lift off the thottle a little.
Then it goes back to @ 3000 rpm it will repeat this over and over.
Navi System DVD Update07 Oct 2004 02:56 GMT10
Has anyone seen anything about an update to the Navi System DVD for
the Accord?  The last one I saw was dated about 3 years old.  The
Honda website, when you can even access it, doesn't even show one for
an Accord anymore.

mail order parts06 Oct 2004 21:06 GMT16
Anyone having good luck with mail order Honda parts?  I ordered four
oil filters and a bulb from Majestic Honda for a total of $20.82.
Then they charged me $4.95 for handling and $8.22 for freight.  I
thought this was pretty outrageous!  I called Hparts recently and they
