'90 Civic LX Rear Speaker Install Advice Needed28 Oct 2004 07:28 GMT3
Hi all.  After only 14 years I've decided two stereo speakers aren't enough
in my '90 Civic sedan.  I want to install two 6 1/2" speakers in the rear
deck.  The metal under this deck has cutouts for what appears to be 6 1/2"
speakers, with three screw holes.  Do I just cut the ...

Odometer concern28 Oct 2004 00:43 GMT7
I just bought a used 1994 Honda Civic DX with 91,000 miles.  I checked
the carfax listings before I purchased the car and everything looked
okay.  It appears that the first owner of the car drove it for less
than 20,000 miles in the first FOUR years of owning it.  The woman who

My accord always hesitates for a moment (less than a second) soon after I
first start driving it. I would say I drive maybe 1-2km and then the engine
for just a moment appears to almost stall then runs perfectly. This only
happens when the car has sat for a long enough period to ...

Off Topic: Political Appeal...27 Oct 2004 04:29 GMT2
George Bush is campaigning by the Guise of "your leader", but you continue
to ignore his lies. He flip flops to say what you want to hear. Example:
George said "you can't win a war on terror". Now he is saying: "only a
decisive victory". We know terror has not been won decisively in ...
Accord '97 air bag repairs-why?27 Oct 2004 04:22 GMT4
In my 1997 Honda Accord (only 64,000K miles!), the driver's air bag required
repair about 5 months ago and now the passenger's air bag will require
repair. Neither air bag has ever been deployed. The repairs have been/will
be expensive!

Replacing struts on 2001 Accord LX V-627 Oct 2004 02:59 GMT4

1987 Manual Transmission Accord DX - Testing Transmission/Gears??27 Oct 2004 02:02 GMT4
I have a 1987 Manual Transmission Accord DX with 220,000 miles on the
original clutch (bought the car new). Although the book value of the car's
not too much, I'm trying to see if it's reasonable to put a clutch in and
have it last about another 3 years, until I can afford to ...
Accord will not release key26 Oct 2004 17:14 GMT4
I have a 1990 Honda Accord that will not release the key when it is cold
outside. I put it in park but the light on the dash doesn't light up that
it is in park. I have to wait until the "P" lights up then I can take the
keys out.
Is Honda brake fluid really superior to its "clone"?26 Oct 2004 17:11 GMT6
3 years have gone (so quickly) since I bought my brand new Honda
Accord 2001 and the "Maintenance Schdule for Severe Conditions"
official sheet from my Honda dealer says that its time to replace the
brake fluid. It says "Use Honda DOT 3".
