Would like to have some feedback of people who had the heat sensor on their civic's changed (have a 98 civic hatch)... Ever since, I've noticed that my car guzzles up the gaz!!I'm getting around 11 liters/100km. It's nuts! Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I just took my 2001 Accord Coupe EX-V6 in for rear brake pad replacement. The dealer told me that my rear rotors need to be replaced as well - I only have ~58,000KM (or about 35K miles). I find it a bit surprising that I need ot replace my rotors so quickly.

Can anyone tell me what this black plastic circly thing is on the side of the distributor with two hoses coming off? i just found out that mine only has one hose and the other hole is open, perhaps this has something to do with the high idle speed?

I am having a problem getting the piston on the rear disc to retract. Is it somehow related to the emergency brake set up? Or is it seized? The car has 92,000km and this is the first brake job. The rotors are in good shape and the discs are just starting to get to the wear bar point ...
