I went over to my local autoparts store today and they had no idea what
I was talking about when I asked for a locknut wrench for screwing a
Honda brake caliper piston back in. Didn't see anything on the shelf,
either.

I bought a new honda in May 2004. Today (at 1500 miles)
my VAN stoped on the road at low speeds and the dash board shows
check-engine light and the TCS light.

Does anybody know if the owner's/user manuals are available online? My
brother bought a used 2003 Civic and the manual wasn't in the car.

The car starts fine.  Once it warms up, if the transmission is put into gear
with brake on, the idle will drop to ~250 RPM and the engine makes a bunch
