I just bought a 95 Honda Accord with supposedly 76,250 miles Here are the Car Fax mile reports: GOOD NEWS! No major odometer problems were ever reported by a DMV under the Truth-In-Mileage Act for this 1995 HONDA ACCORD LX/EX. If

| HONDA ACOUSTIC FEEDBACK SYSTEM | 25 Nov 2004 03:21 GMT | 1 |
Just posting this message because of the lack of data I found when searching for info on the technology in the stock 5th generation (1997-2001) Prelude. It seems that most people modifying their stereo in these cars were

| Stiff/sticky throttle | 25 Nov 2004 02:27 GMT | 8 |
(Um, as an Accord owner, do I have the right to post general questions that apply to other cars?) I just bought a 98 240SX SE off Ebay. A little buyer's remorse here -- not as exciting as expected, a tad noisy, and not much different than my 95

| Idle Fluctuation | 25 Nov 2004 00:12 GMT | 10 |
I've got a '91 Civic Si with the stock 1.6L MPFI setup and a manual tranny. I put an AEM cold air intake on in August and I don't suspect any problems from it directly. It has 136k miles and is well maintained as of late (IMHO).

| Honda Accord Recall | 24 Nov 2004 22:54 GMT | 8 |
As we've just heard Honda has announced a recall for a potentially defective driver's side air bag on Accord sedans. So are they trying to tell us they use a -different- driver's side air bag in the Coupes?

| Civic Ex auto locks - has this happened to anyone? | 24 Nov 2004 20:01 GMT | 8 |
Last week I washed and waxed my 2004 Civic EX for the first time. As I was running the towel over the car near the rear door lock, all 4 locks were triggered closed. Can static electricity cause this to happen? Luckily the keys weren't in the car or I would have been locked out ...

| Gas mileage Accord V6 | 24 Nov 2004 16:52 GMT | 3 |
I have been getting about 180-200 miles per tank and i have only had the car a week and I have had to fill up 2 times. So I inquired at the dealer as to what the problem could be. Their answer was to adjust tire pressure and have my fuel injectors cleaned. Its a 2002 Honda

| 1995 Honda Passport -- ABS Light on Dash | 24 Nov 2004 09:13 GMT | 3 |
This light has been iontermittently coming on and off over the years. Does this light, which has to do with the wheel speed sensor located on the rear axle, also have anything to do with the level of the brake pad linings on the rear wheels?

| civic won't start after timing belt change-HELP! | 24 Nov 2004 09:00 GMT | 13 |
Well just when I thought I'd did good, I must have messed up. I(a backyard looser mechanic) replaced my timing belt and water pump on my 91 Civic Hatch 1500cc. After a successful ordeal getting the crankshaft pulley bolt off, I thought I had made it. Well I must have messed up when ...

| 2000 V6 Accord simple bulb Sylvania replacement #s needed | 24 Nov 2004 05:56 GMT | 2 |
I'm looking for simple Sylvania replacement numbers for bulbs so I can just go to my local parts store (who hire brain-dead people and don't have a clue). For instance the manual for headlights says 12V-60W(HB3) which for Sylvania is 9005. 51W is 9006

| Use 10-30 oil for a 1998 Accord? (83K miles) | 24 Nov 2004 01:25 GMT | 6 |
When I went to my usual mechanics this pass weekend to change oil, he asked me to start filling 10-30 oil from now on. (was 5-30 before) He said it makes no difference since my car is old and has significant mileage on it. Is he right? So should I start to fill with 10-30
