exhuast pipe leaking15 Dec 2004 05:56 GMT11
I'm having a small leaking in head exhaust pipe (A pipe I think the mechanic
called so). Most of it is still good but have some leaking in the soft
region. It looks like there is some kind of metal matrix wrapped on it. This
leaking should relate to the exhaust smell in the car when ...

OT: fender-bender...15 Dec 2004 03:25 GMT5
So I was in my first damned moving fender-bender (my fault) the other
day in friggin' 17 years of driving, while on a trip out of state.
Scraped (roughed up) the guy's rear bumper at the left corner and the
rear side panel a bit (Nissan Maxima), though I'm not sure exactly how

2005 CR-V vs. Mazda 6 Wagon14 Dec 2004 19:41 GMT12
Hey all,
Just wanted to get your thoughts on the comparison of these 2
vehicles.  I'm "between stages"...compacts are too small now and vans
are too big (plus, no kids yet!)  so, what i was thinking of was a

anybody has experienced the same problem?
Rekeying '92 Civic door lock14 Dec 2004 13:53 GMT8
Bought a '92 Civic which must have had the driver's door handle
replaced at some point.  What's my cheapest option to make all the keys
match again:
I guess Honda can probably sell me a cylinder if I give them a key

car from Gillman Honda here in Houston.  I am verfy pleased with
Water Pump?14 Dec 2004 09:03 GMT2
How long is it supposed to last? I changed my timing belt in Jan 2004 and
they changed it but while doing a test after changing my radiator this week
they told me my water pump had a small leak... Sounds like 11 months is
really short. How long are those kind of repair under ...

My 1993 Civic won't start. I bought it, put in a bunmch of new parts

slightly different oil-change question13 Dec 2004 22:59 GMT12
I know this subject is beaten to death, but my situation is a little
different.  2004 Civic LX purchased June 28.  Severe driving is 5,000
miles/6 months, but, while my driving is severe (almost all city stop and
go), there is very little of it.  I am coming up to 6 months and ...
