cabin air filter04 Dec 2004 03:17 GMT1
Anyone know which filter is needed for the cabin air filter unit?  I've
looked at a couple online parts stores and there are like two different
kinds, here's an example:

Hesitation Blues,  Part II04 Dec 2004 01:59 GMT5
I have a 1992 four-door Acoord EX with AT and 166,000 miles.
I sometimes get a horrible hesitation when I either take-off from a dead stop
or when I speed-up from, say, 1,000 RPMs. Not only does the engine not rev, but
also it seems like something is physically preventing the gas ...
Good spark plug wires04 Dec 2004 00:49 GMT5

Replacing clutch on a 1997 Civic?03 Dec 2004 19:35 GMT1
I noticed while driving a 1997 Civic that the clutch pedal has started
to feel real soft - very little resistence when depressing the pedal -
and when shifting into first and letting out the clutch, it takes a
while for the car to get moving - 2 questions:
1998-2002 Accord  right windshield sprayer does not work.03 Dec 2004 19:01 GMT3
1998-2002 Accord  right hand windshield sprayer does not work.
This is a pain in the butt, and potentially dangerous. There is no obvious
way to fix the problem.
What to do?
recommended antifreeze?03 Dec 2004 16:16 GMT27
Is there a commonly available antifreeze that's sufficiently
aluminum-engine-friendly for a 94 Civic, or is genuine Honda antifreeze
the only way to go?

1990 Accord LX, overheating?03 Dec 2004 07:25 GMT9
This may be a dumb question, but here's the deal.  I have a '90 Accord LX
with 208,000 miles.  The timing belt has been changed, I have kept up with
all the oil changes, etc.  It has a radiator barely a year old.  Up until
recently, I've driven the car just around town, and it's ...
CR-V Crankshaft03 Dec 2004 05:33 GMT5
When looking in thru the left wheel houseing at the crankshaft pulley in
what direction does the nut have to turn to remove it.
I am going to adjust the valves with the spark plugs out, and use the pulley
to rotate the engine, but do not want to loosen the the pulley.

CRX SI Center Wheel Caps03 Dec 2004 00:12 GMT1
Looking for at least one, these were the center caps that came standard on
sporty alloy 14" wheels for the SI model 88-91. The dealer wants $50 just for
the cap. None on Ebay, anyone know where to look?

Instrument Cluster, Security, and CD on 01 Civic02 Dec 2004 22:42 GMT3
Just purchased a low mileage 2001 Civic 5 speed for daughter near
graduating.  Car did not have owner manual or service manual, but I spoke
with previous owner and verified regular service at her Honda dealership.
Also received positive report from an independent Honda garage at
Octane Overkill02 Dec 2004 22:30 GMT32
Not being an engine expert, I figured I'd throw this question out to
this NG.  I have a 1990 Civic LX, 1.5L DPFI 5-speed, and usually I put
regular unleaded (87 octane) in it.  Every once in awhile I'll put mid-grade
(89 octane) or premium (92 or 93 octane) in it because I ...
odometer not working02 Dec 2004 18:45 GMT3
I have a 1991 Accord. Bought if off a friend for a really good price but
the odometer isn't working. Just wondering how I can fix this problem.
94 Civic EX: slight pull to the left at speed02 Dec 2004 07:20 GMT1
It seems I may have a slight pull to the left at highway speeds. Does
not appear at low speed (e.g. <10 mph). At first I thought it might have
been the brake problem I described here recently, but it seems to be
present even after I checked the brakes, cleaned up the calipers ...
