Ok my car is just standard.. now its time to make it go alittle bit
faster.. what should I do for a start?

My 1996 Civic has about 57,000 city miles on it with oil changes done
every 3-4k.  Would it be overly attentive if I had the timing belt
changed now?

Looking at a used 2001 Honda CR/V, 42,000 miles on the odometer. Dealer
wants $15,600. He moved to that price from the initial price of $15,999.
Should I be able to do better? How? Seems unwilling to budge.

If you read my previous post you know what I'm talking about-
I think I found a discrepency in the Honda literature;  The owners manual
states that it takes 4 qts. of oil unless you don't change the filter.  In
that case it takes 3.7.
