Honda Accord... Hatch will not open on it's own06 Mar 2005 13:37 GMT1
I have a 2 door Honda Accord and when I pull up on the hatch release latch
beside the driver's seat to pop open the rear hatch, it will no longer pop
up on it's own any more.  When I open the rear hatch with the key, I have to
pull the hatch up by hand, it will not rise on it's ...
Pros & cons Accord coupe and Accord sedan06 Mar 2005 13:31 GMT6
I'm looking at trading up this spring from my Civic to an Accord. It
will have a standard transmission. I like the stying of the coupe, and
practically never have more than 1 passenger, so 2 doors are enough.
But I think I have heard that the sedan is quiter. And that can be an

CRV Tires06 Mar 2005 03:09 GMT5
We have a 2002 CRV that we love, but the tires that came on the car are
wearing down after about 30,000 miles. Even when new, they were not great
for traction in the snow, all wheel drive and all. We will be replacing them
soon and are wanting to get something with a little more ...
94 Prelude h23a06 Mar 2005 03:05 GMT4
This will be my first post to this group =). My question is, I just got
my front seal done a month ago. Now every so often when I'm idling or
stopped at a red light, with the blower motor on, I catch a whiff of oil. my
friend said (he's never owned a Honda, don't even know if ...

CV Halfshaft color codes?05 Mar 2005 19:04 GMT2
Hello all: I want to replace the passenger side CV Halfshaft of my 91
Civic Hatchback (3Dr Std). It already has been replaced once before (a
few years ago) with a remanufactured axle by the dealer. When I went to
Autozone web site for replacement CV halfshafts (remanufactured), it
Upgrading the 2004 Element AWD05 Mar 2005 18:06 GMT1
My friend has 2004 Element AWD which we adore very much and want to
enhance the performance. We are not serious about pimping it up or
turning it into the rice car. Is there a kit that would add the
turbocharger to the Element and increase the horsepowers from 160 to
92 Accord - Low Operating Tempature Question05 Mar 2005 16:25 GMT4
Hi, have a 92 Accord two door LX standard shift.  I had been pulling
the battery to charge it when I laid a box wrench near the crack
between the radiator and the condenser to put it down for a sec.  Got
lucky and the box wrench fell down inbetween, if you look at your own,
What year Odyssey's had Bad Trannies05 Mar 2005 15:51 GMT22
I'm considering a 2000 Odyssey with 90,000 miles.  What year were they
afflicted with bad trannies?  Consumers sez the '99 had a weak trans, but
the 2000 looks OK.  Anyone know for sure?  Also, any other issues to be
aware of with the Odyssey?
Tires for '97 Honda Civic DX...05 Mar 2005 09:26 GMT3
Hi, I live in the Washington D.C. area and am looking for tires for my
'97 Honda Civic DX Sedan (185/65R/14). I am wondering what people here
would suggest?? My priorities in terms of a preferred tire are (in
order) 1) good handling, especially as far as traction is concerned 2)
Format for DVD in 2004 Odyssey RES05 Mar 2005 03:28 GMT13
I want to burn a few copies of DVDs for the Odyssey, however, I'm unable to
get both + and - formats to work.  Store purchased titles work fine, and,
when we purchased the van, our salesperson showed us one of his home-made
DVDs of a trip he took.
90 Accord blower motor question04 Mar 2005 20:15 GMT10
The blower motor on my 90 Accord just went at the perfect time --
snowstorm, not predicted to get above freezing until at least mid-month.
I got in yesterday and noticed that 'whiff of ozone' smell
characteristic of a failing motor, and sure enough, the air stopped
Tire Query04 Mar 2005 16:23 GMT4
Folks, after finally returning to a reliance upon true winter tires,
I'm looking for good quality 3-season tires for a 2001 Civic sedan.
Out on the Canadian prairie, 80% of my driving is good highway, with
10% city and 10% daily gravel.  Looking for an excellent highway
