shift shift gears when this happens in D4. What causes or needs to be
fixed/replaced?

Idle up and down29 Mar 2005 16:42 GMT6
I have a 98 civic auto with 135K miles. I did a tune-up at 118K miles and
replaced: spark plugs, cables, dist cap, rotor, fuel filter plus other
items.
This morning my car didn't want to start. It cranks, but won't start
blank slate Civic29 Mar 2005 16:22 GMT6
I just picked up a '92 Civic EX sedan as a work car. High mileage,
loaded, excellent shape. New plugs, oil, filters, blah blah, runs
great, but a bit slow. That's fine as long as I get the high mpg.
What're some basic cheap performance mods that you folks have
Civic Axle Shaft Replacement Nightmare29 Mar 2005 15:03 GMT3
This has been the most frustrating of the many car repairs that I've done
over the years.  I've replaced the passenger side drive axle on my '90 Civic
four times and apparently I'm not done yet.  The first three were ARI brand
reman shafts which either were noisy or vibrated.  ...
Rotors Cracked29 Mar 2005 15:00 GMT5
98 prelude 115K miles.  I just replaced the rear pads first time due to
rusty hand break linkage.  The non vented rotor had discolored lines
that ran jagidy perpendicular to the bright wear ring. These I assume
resembled/was due to cracking.  I looked on the front vented rotors and
90 Civic SI head gasket29 Mar 2005 14:05 GMT2
I am looking at buying a 1990 Civic SI.  The owner told me that the rad
broke (plastic) and the head gasket went after that.  Does this mean
that the engine probably over heated ?  Are there other problems that I
should look out for?
1997 Accord internal coolant leak29 Mar 2005 13:31 GMT2
First a little back ground. Cold winter and I started the car to let it
warm up, went into the house for 10 minutes. When I came back out
I found that the car had heated up a little( just over the 1/2 mark) Found
it weird but wasn`t overly concerned with it as I was running late ...
When the yellow sign show up, what?29 Mar 2005 06:51 GMT3
I have used this accord 92 for a few year.  The front panel in the
"maintenance required" box  next to odormeter appeared the yellow
sign last week (it normally was green).   It still runs regularly
without any problem.  Does anybody know what I need to do (beside
how often to balance tires?29 Mar 2005 06:24 GMT6
How often do you guys have your tires re-balanced?
Until now, I just did it when I got new tires.
05 pilot29 Mar 2005 04:23 GMT4
Neighbor bought and showed his car off.
He bought the options which included a sun roof.  The hiway wind noise was
very, very loud and annoying.
Anyone one with similar ideas?
Squealing Drive Belt(s)29 Mar 2005 00:38 GMT7
I recently had my power steering pump serviced for a leaking seal and about
4 days afterward, the belt(s) squeals very loudly at startup and quits when
I get up to 2.5 to 3K rpm.  The PS fluid leaked on the belts alot and the
dealership did a pretty good job cleaning up the mess.  ...
Accord Vibrations28 Mar 2005 23:50 GMT3
I just bought a 93 Accord EX with 105K on it and didn?t notice till I
was driving it home that when I eased on the power at speed(re 2500
rpm) the motor started vibrating until I leveled off. I can make it do
this at any speed at this rpm,  the whole car shudders sometimes.
Soft Brake Pedal28 Mar 2005 22:06 GMT3
Every time I rent a car and return to driving my 2002 CR-V, I notice
how my brake pedal feels squishy. My brakes have never felt "prompt".
Should they? Does anyone share this sensation with their CR-V brakes?
Warranty question28 Mar 2005 22:02 GMT3
My 2004 Acura TL was recently smacked pretty good on the passenger side
in a parking lot.  I called my insurance company which referred me to a
body shop for the repairs.  I picked up the car last Friday but over
the weekend noticed that the lock and window on the front passenger
looking to upgrade from CRV 2002 to CRV 200528 Mar 2005 20:08 GMT1
I am in australia and I am looking to trade in my 2002 CRV sports for a 2005

Can anyone please provide some feedback about their experiences with the
