and a failed emissions test.  So I did the cheap stuff, oil change, tune up,
etc.

There are quite a number of Accord owners faced with trannie problems.
Most start with delayed upshifts, which is worse in the cold but gets
progressively worse.  Honda has denied that the problem exists.  Is
anyone else having any luck getting it dealer repaired?
