1994 Honda Civic EX A/C compressor cycles on and off18 Apr 2005 13:16 GMT3
I recently purchased a 1994 honda civic ex with manual trans. and 112,000
miles. The car is absolutely in mint condition inside and out. My problem
is I would notice a slight hesitation occasionally in the motor while I was
driving. When I lifted the hood to inspect I noticed  it ...

one side.

Legend Acura18 Apr 2005 02:41 GMT4
I'm curious that there are no mentions of the Legend, or Acura as it is
sometimes known in this group.  I know they are rare (I haven't seen
another one in the six weeks I've had my Legend, but I saw another M-B
560SEC last week).
1988 Prelude Si - Won't start18 Apr 2005 01:09 GMT2
I have an '88 Prelude Si that when you go to turn it over all it does is
click once.  On the dash the battery and oil lights come on.  I know it's
not the battery as all the lights are on and bright and the fans and the
radio works just fine.  Am I looking at a starter replacement?  ...
Yet another supension question!18 Apr 2005 00:42 GMT9
Did an oil change today. While I was under there, I had a good look at the
fasteners I will be rquired to attack when I eventually do the suspension
bushings.
Everything appears straightforward, except for one item: The inboard-most
clunking at the front of crv17 Apr 2005 22:21 GMT3
Hi I have a CRV 2002 model, and for the past 2 years I have heard a dull
clucking noise when I turn a corner.
It is difficult to describe, and the dealer has told me that they were
unable to hear it - but it sure is there.
follow up to radio removal17 Apr 2005 04:45 GMT6
I was just scaning ebay for a replacement radio should I not find the
problem with mine and I have a question for you guys.
I have a 94 Civic.  Will a later model radio fit if I can change the
connector.  There is a dealer on ebay that has connectors for $2.99?
95 Honda Prelude17 Apr 2005 03:27 GMT7
I have a 95 Prelude.  When I started moving from a complete stop, my
engine quit.  I took the car to the dealer.  They informed me that
timing belt broke.  Best case scenario is the timing belt is the only
problem at $595.00 repair.  Worst case scenario is engine damage and
"Chippers" still working on '05 VTEC ECM?16 Apr 2005 23:49 GMT1
I took a look at PGMFI and did some googling but I have not been able
to determine whether our EPROM reprogramming croud has figured out the
code for the '05 models.
Ideas?
Insurance:  Mods & Underwriters ever "mix"?16 Apr 2005 23:18 GMT1
After tripping over a few horror stories about insurance coverage
being  declined or withdrawn due to performance mods I've read about
here, I knew I had to do a bit more research.
One guy at Tire Rack was obviously a bit eager to sell me a
I hesitate to askI have recently developed a severe hesitation problem.  Cyl 1 shows compression of 120.  Other 3 have 150.   If I squirt oil into 1, it also shows 150.  There has been no change in compression or vacuum (18), but the hesitation and  missing started suddenly as I was driving last week.  Prior to this, I ran smoothly at all speeds up to 85 mph., although the engine had been a little weak,  I consume very little oil, except at sustained very high speeds, I have recently developed a severe hesitation problem.  Cyl 1 shows16 Apr 2005 22:43 GMT4

DC Outlet Battery Booster16 Apr 2005 21:58 GMT1
I bought an "Auto Starter" that plugs into a car's DC outlet and
supposedly recharges a vehicle's weak battery in 30 minutes. I plan to
use it on my '85 Buick, but was wondering if it would cause any
electical/computer problems if I had to use it on my 2002 CR-V. Who
