The Stuff The Factory Uses To Prevent Acid Rain Spots16 Apr 2005 21:24 GMT2
What is the stuff sprayed on Honda's and other vehicles at the factory that
prevents acid rain spotting on the dealer lots, before the vehicle is sold?
It's sort of like plastic as it peels off (like "Colorforms") but it appears
to be sprayed on at the factory. It is commercially ...
99 civic maintenance16 Apr 2005 21:11 GMT1
I own a 99 Civic EX Coupe, 70K miles on it, mostly highway miles.  I
live in Chicago where we have harsh winters and hot summers.
Our baby is on the way and I want to take care of the car before he
comes so that I do not deal with it anymore later on. I am planning to

I'm looking for people who have replaced the OE tires on their Pilots. I've
got a few thousand miles to go, and would like to hear if anyone has
recommendations. I'm looking for a quiet all-season tire.

I have a question what could be causing my reserve tank to keep getting
low? it is between the maxium and mininum line... i checked my radiator
and the antifreeze is up to almost the top of the lip where you see the
fluid. the car doesn't run hot. the gauge is usually right before ...
Paging Randolph:  VSS info.16 Apr 2005 09:56 GMT4
You had a most informative post about the VSS.  I've got an '05 Accord
LX manual transmission and I'd like to find out about the VSS for it
compared to the '94 Accord .PDF file posted.
I would guess that it would be similar, but just in case you knew where

magazine store. www.hondatuningmagzine.com
There is picture of the concept car mentioned above in the magazine. It's
EPA mpg testing16 Apr 2005 02:42 GMT3
No wonder the EPA estimates are so far off. If you look at the city/hwy
schedules, they are very misleading.

What do you think of when you see "highway"? I think of cruising down
Question about muffler pipe16 Apr 2005 01:21 GMT1
I own a 1999 Honda Accord EX (4 cyld.). I have a Chilton's Repair Manual
related to my car and I saw a picture on page 8-5 that was really
confusing to me. The muffler pipe has a connector on it. It has a section
of pipe that runs off of the main pipe and appears to be running ...

Lift?15 Apr 2005 18:12 GMT9
This is probably a dumb question,  I have inherited a '84 Honda Civic from
my mother.  She is still alive however, and I need this car to get her back
and forth to the doctors.  I can't afford a new car now and my 4wl drive
truck is too far off the ground for her to get in.
Handling/Ride: +Rubber/-Unsprung weight?15 Apr 2005 16:38 GMT18
I'm already excited about the prospect of new alloys that will shave
