| 94 accord High idle when driving, low idle when stopped. | 08 Apr 2005 05:17 GMT | 3 |
I own a 94 accord ex with 300 000 km. When I am driving and press in the clutch and coast, my rpms are generally 1800-2500. When I come to a complete stop, they drop down and almost stall before bumpimg up to about 800rpm. While I am stopped, it will continue going up and down,

| 19997 Accord EX timing belt woes | 08 Apr 2005 05:04 GMT | 3 |
Against my better judgment, I had the timing belt/water pump replaced by a 'friend of a friend'. Now, the engine seems to be a bit down on power and it's got a pretty noticeable vibration at speed. I know...I already feel stupid... :)

| Accord Hybrid Air Conditioning Question | 08 Apr 2005 04:09 GMT | 3 |
If one is stopped in a traffic jam with the hybrid, and the engine goes off, does a/c cooling stop as well (I mean the condenser, not the fan)?

ALL HONDAS have the best starting systems in the world. If the car has problems starting, it can only be the rotor piece that spins around in side the distributor cap is burnt out and needs to be replaced for $15. The dealers will never

I have a 93 Honda civic. The temperature meter stays at the regular positions for some time and then moves very fast to the highest level. It happens especially when I drive on highways. What is causing this? thermostat or cooling system or any other problem? Please help!!

| Accord Hybrid Experiences? | 07 Apr 2005 18:22 GMT | 3 |
I test drove an Accord Hybrid and there seemed to be a lot of road noise. (I was driving a Lexus RX-300, so am I just spoiled?). Also, it didn't seem to hold the line on the road as well as I remember my old Honda Prelude (1980) doing.

| 2000 Accord - Coolant Flush | 07 Apr 2005 16:20 GMT | 6 |
2000Accord-EX-56K-5Spd: I am planning to do the Coolant Flush, as described in the owner's manual. I have 2 questions: Where can I buy the torque wrench, which sets pressure for Drain Plug, and the Engine Block Nut. Can someone suggest me what to buy and where,

| Changing Timing belt | 07 Apr 2005 15:42 GMT | 4 |
89 civic. I went to a shop and asked about the leaking. The man told me it is the engine oil is leaking not coolant. He said it's about $400 to fix the timing belt, camshaft seal and water pump. I asked him it's bit expensive for 16 yr old car.

| 92 Accord won't shift from park...help? | 07 Apr 2005 14:11 GMT | 2 |
Saw a post earlier with this same problem. The poster thought the shift cable needed lubed. I don't think this is the problem. The shift lever can be moved from and into park, but it takes a huge amount of effort. I have checked the shift interlock solenoid and the shift mechanism, ...

| How to replace wiper squeegees? | 07 Apr 2005 12:58 GMT | 3 |
(2000 Accord ex) Ok, I thought I'd be smart and replace only the squeegees, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to. The little metal "claws" seem dug into the old squeegees, and I don't see any little clip, locks,

| 96 Accord front rotors badly warped | 07 Apr 2005 04:11 GMT | 4 |
I'm the 2nd owner of a 4 door Accord 4 cyl a/t LX w/116k miles on it. On a very light stop the front brakes cause a little vibration shimmy through the steering wheel. Anything harder than that and it is very bad. Since this is my first Honda (already did the timing belt-whew!) ...

| Turn Signal Problem | 07 Apr 2005 03:32 GMT | 2 |
I have a 1994 Honda Passport (V6). I have a problem with my turn signals. Initially, when I attempted to use the left turn signal I got a fairly high frequency buzz from the flasher unit and no internal indicator light.
