Just got my 98 Accord back from body shop after a front-ender.  Just
wondering - is the hood supposed to have insulation under it?  Because
this one doesn't - it is bare metal (well, painted).  Did they leave
something off?

"Hays Repair Manual"  says 96 and later models require a special fluid

okay, here we go this is wild I know.  My sister in law brought her
