Just wonder if anyone had any experience of installing the OEM nose mask for the subject vehicle. If so, did you folks had any problems in that it would scratch the paint? What is your preference, half or full nose mask? Your input will be greatly appreciated

I took my car with the problem stated below to the dealer. They say it's the fuel pressure regulator and CVS(?) Valve and to replace both will cost $105 parts and $270 labor. Any thoughts or comments on the diagnosis or cost? Thanks in advance.
