I installed my A/C Compressor today and went I bought it the guy told me to buy three cans of the R-12, you can no longer buy the regular R-12, but this stuff is designed so it doesn't damage the Ozone layer as much. It only does about 5% as much damage.

I know Honda has had major problems with the auto trannies failing entirely on the six-cylinders, and was hoping things would be OK on my little 4-banger, but no. Even my previous 1999 Acura CL 3.0 had this problem, not catastrophic

but not always. It seems it may be somewhat weather dependant. When it's hot it's usually bad. Also, often it doesn't smoke at all. I've cleaned the PCV tube and valve but still get smoke sometimes, it's bluish.

My 1999 Civic LX 4-dr sedan has the following problem: when I try to start the car, it keeps trying but does not actually start. The battery is about 9months old. The car was in my garage for 4days and yesterday when I tried to start it, no success.
