| 04 Civic paused before going forward | 05 Jul 2005 19:55 GMT | 2 |
Some mornings my 04 civic will pause before moving forward when I put it in drive. Does it need a five (5) minute warm up time or is there a transmission problem developing?

| 97 Radiator boil over, general rant | 05 Jul 2005 16:59 GMT | 11 |
So the Radiator boils over on my 97 Accord, and I start the diagnosis process, T-stat is OK so I get to step two and find that the rad.fan motor does not respond to direct voltage except for an initial turn. So I replace the motor and all is well.

| Speaker Upgrade | 05 Jul 2005 13:04 GMT | 2 |
Not sure if this is the right forum, but I'd like to upgrade the stock speakers in my 2003 Civic to higher wattage, better quality speakers. Will I hear an improvement in sound quality/volume making this switch by itself, or will it be necessary to upgrade the amplifier as well? I ...

| Civic Horn | 05 Jul 2005 12:16 GMT | 2 |
My 95 Civic's horn is kind of weak and I'm looking to add a second horn like the Si. Has anyone else on the forum had any luck doing this? There is a mounting hole on the drivers side that can be reached without removing the bumper. I'm not sure if the existing wireing and relay ...

| Pilot transmission dead after 105K | 05 Jul 2005 10:36 GMT | 7 |
the dealership says the transmission needs to be replaced/rebuilt on my 2003 Pilot. there’s 105,000 miles on the car- does it seem out of line that the tranny should die at that age? i know that’s a lot of miles to put on a car in three years but it seems premature to me.

| Navigator DVD Update | 05 Jul 2005 05:22 GMT | 1 |
Has anyone purchased and used the Version 2.20 of the Navigator DVD? If so, can you say whether or not it is worth the $185? I can't get any information about the changes between 2.11c and the fall 2004 2.20.

| Thermosstat | 05 Jul 2005 02:00 GMT | 3 |
This is probably more of a general automotive question. Yesterday, my thermostat on my 1983 Ciciv wagon seem to have quit. Fortunatly, I keep basic tools with me and I was less than two miles from a automobile parts store. So bought, and replaced, the thermostat and went about my ...

| 1988 Prelude idle control | 05 Jul 2005 00:56 GMT | 2 |
I have a 1988 Prelude S with the 2 L 2 carb SOHC engine. I'm still working the kinks out of it and when I had my air conditioner serviced the mechanic told me he thought this car had a idle control module that seems to be missing. When I start the air conditioner it idles at ...

| Honda Civic - rear slides sideways | 04 Jul 2005 21:31 GMT | 2 |
I have a Honda Civic 96 with about 86k miles on it. I have noticed a weird behavior lately: when I drive over a bump in the road, even slight ones, the rear wheels briefly slide sideways. My questions:

| temp gauge | 04 Jul 2005 18:00 GMT | 3 |
After I changed the radiator in my 95 Civic the Coolant temp gauge stopped working. It doesn't appear to be running hot (the fan still comes on and you can drive it 200+ miles and it will start the next morning) but I'd really like the gauge back. I'm almost certain that I must ...

| Honda's "Friendly" Image: Parading Social Change | 04 Jul 2005 17:25 GMT | 6 |
Since the dawn of the Automobile Revolution, automobile marques have been proactive in their approach to appeal to certain segments of society. By targeting these groups, automakers would find a much higher loyalty rate in an increasingly unloyal industry. Even today this

| 2005 honda accord running a little rough | 04 Jul 2005 15:22 GMT | 4 |
I bought a 2005 honda accord exl 4 cylinder a month ago straight from the dealer. I've noticed that the engine is running just a tiny bit rough, but I don't know if this is normal or not. I don't want to take it to the dealer to fix it, because I don't really trust them to tell
