Update: Glueing door fabric, 90 Accord09 Aug 2005 15:48 GMT1
Well, I took the drivers side door panel off to fix the lock
controller and took another stab at glueing back the fabric while I
had it dissassembled.
Cleaned the entire area with adhesive remover, then acetone.  When
Honda CRV fuel gauge09 Aug 2005 04:36 GMT5
I have a new CRV.  The low-fuel light comes on too early.  It still has
~16 litres in the tank, where the specs say it should be 10.4l.  I took
it back to the dealer who gave me the old load of bull "all the new cars
do that".

Replacing Timing belt 1986 Honda Accord LX09 Aug 2005 00:19 GMT5
Any information regarding the changing of the timing belt on my 1986
Accord would be appreciated.  A link to an instructional web site
would be even better.   I have bought the belt, tensioner, water pump
and feel confident I can do the job.  My car is a five speed

How do I pass brake light inspection?08 Aug 2005 20:26 GMT11
Our 89 Accord had a minor collision which a headlight will not flip
down or up automatically. I have to manually flip them by hand. A
brake and light inspection is due next month that requires a proper
aim from the lights.  I seriously can't fix this problem on time. How
1990 civic wagton overheating?08 Aug 2005 15:45 GMT2
OK, so I had a problem with overheating a week ago, and it turned out
the head gasket was gone. After having my mechanic clean out the
engine, adjust the timing, and replace the head gasket, everything was
fine and I made a 700km trip with no problems at all. One thing I did

GM tops reliability and regains market share08 Aug 2005 04:15 GMT33
The many changes made by GM appear to be paying off.  While Buick and
Cadillac models are now tops in relibility over all other makes, the
recent incentives have pushed sales up 41 %.  GM has increased its
market share from 23% last year to 31% this year.  This is expected to

Honda S2000 Starting Problems08 Aug 2005 00:43 GMT5
We bought a 2003 Honda S2000 used from a private party.  The car has run
beautifully for about a week, never having a problem starting.  This evening
I was going to take it out for a spin and tried to start it and it wouldn't
turn over.  The starter motor is doing it's thing ...
AC smells bad07 Aug 2005 17:02 GMT9
I have a 98 Accord and whenever I turn on the AC, it smells bad about a
minute and gets better and finally I don't smell any. FYI, I have never
recharged the freon gas. Is it time to recharge it?
If I need to do that, how much is it going to cost me?
