I have a question.  On my 2001 civic, when I first turn on the key to
the accessory position (but not actually start the car), I hear a
clicking or whirring sound coming from somewhere.  However, it goes

I've noticed that one of my tires is slowly running out of air. Every
two-three days I need to get it inflated. I was wondering what's the best
way to discover where the leak is? (I have a honda 98 civic)

Being reasonably mechanically inclined and not to take anything away from
mechanics but it one has the proper tools, can this belt be replaced without
a phd in auto mechanics? 4 cyl. air etc.

I have a 93 honda accord wiht 150,00 miles, the transmission fluid was
changed once before and I was wondering if a transmission flush should be
done or just change the fluid. I remember hearing that if you never
flushed your transmission and you do after so many miles you later ...

Managed to remove the alternator but am having difficulty installing the replacement. Any tips? I've removed one engine mount already. TIA!

I am in need of some major help. I have a '93 honda civic that has an
automatic transmission (i'm not sure i'm even saying this right), and some
times when i try to put it in gear it won't go into gear, and other times
i'll try to down shift when i'm slowing down and it won't down ...

(85% ethanol) last night.  Well, not really accidentally.  We thought we
read that the engine could use it when we were shopping for the car, but
realize we must have been mistaken.  We only ran 18 miles on it, ...

Are fog lights really a necessity?  I feel that, some time ago, a
manufacturer added fog lamps to its line as a cost-effective marketing ploy.
Of course, all others followed suit.
I have often seen drivers operating fog lights when totally unwarranted
