Well, last week the ABS light on my dash went on and it seems the ABS pump needs replacement. Can this be fixed or is a replacement the only option? I'm asking coz replacing it with a new ABS pump is very expensive

I followed the instructions step-by-step to check the ignition timing in my 1997 Civic LX. It was maybe 1/2 degree out of spec, I set it where it should be. Now, I want to know why you should jumper that service check connector

I had the timing belt replaced about 5 years ago in my 1990 accord. That was at 50,000 mi. I undestand now that the replacement period has increased with new belt technology. With a 5 year old belt what is the new replacement mileage?
