I just got a honda accord from a customer for free,,well it doesnt run,,was
running 6 months ago.  The rear brakes come on when applied,,horn
works,,hazards work also,,no head lights no power nothing inside the car.

A week ago, I spent $650 on a timing belt service at a local
Honda dealer. They replaced timing/drive belts, water
pumps, and various seals.
Today I had the opportunity to open the hood and take a look.

My DRL on my 91' Accord EX is not working however all the headlight bulbs
are in perfect working order. Does anyone know what I should check why it's
not turning on?
