My wife wants to replace the leather seats in her 01 CR-V with oem cloth the type that come with a EX or an LX, is this a difficult job. Not sure what Honda would charge for the replacement covers. Or would it be as cheap to go to a custom seat cover fitter, and have them changed ...

My accord 04 4 cyl mileage drops by 10-15% in winter time and I have measured that miticulously. If I can somehow warm up likely through passive means not by 12V) the incoming air before the airfilter, will that improve mileage?

I have a 98 Prelude that I maintained properly and never abused. The automatic transmission is now sort of "bouncing" when shifting from 2nd to 3rd. Sort of like a vibration, but only in that gear change under any load.
