The 4WS light on my 1992 Prelude doesn't always go out on starting up

coming from the front end only when i apply the breaks. As i slow down,
so do the frequency of the clicks. So depending at what speed i start

I have a 2003 Accord with 66000 miles and an automatic transmission.  When
moving into third, the rpms suddenly rise dramatically (although the speed
does not), and then it engages 4th gear.  This just started.  Any ideas?

Problem car is a 91 honda accord manual. it stop at a stop sign and
refuse to run. I check the spark and i donto have spark. I have gas
