I have a 1998 honda accord LX and my windshield wipers don't start
immediately when I turn them on. They used to start right when I turned
the switch on in the morning. Now there is an initial 15 second delay
before they start moving. At first I thought they had frozen to the

I have puzzleing problem.  I can start and drive my car 12 miles on the
highway, and the temp gauge doesn't budge, and the heater blows our air
that is barely warm.  However, if I stop at a light, the temp gauge
starts to rise and the air gets warmers.  Alas, as soon as I start
