89 automatic Fuel injection. I could't replace fuel filter. The mounting bolt on outbound fuel line is stucked. I couldn't move this damn thing. I tried about hour. The damn thing is so stuck. Someone told me spread WD-40. I did that but no help.

The Fan in front of passengers seat is giving issues. It turns on even when the engine is cold on a morning before started. Recently I had changed Thermo switch at the upper hose and temp sensor at the thermostat housing lower hose. No helped at all.

I replaced the timing belt and water pump 23K ago. The front crank seal started to leak 10K ago. Should I wait until the timing belt has 50K on it to go in and replace all three at the same time.
