My wife was driving our new SUV back from the dealer with less
than 25 miles on it yesterday and it was at night.  She had gotten
confused about the shift pattern and instead of going into 5th gear she
moved the gearshift lever down almost as if she was going to go into

Honda CRV lighter23 Feb 2006 04:42 GMT1
I am having a terrible time with the lighter in my 2001 Honda CRV. It has
been coming out ever since I first bought the car in 2001. It was covered
under warranty and they kept fixing it, but now they won't fix it unless I
pay them. I only use it to charge my cell phone so I am ...

I own a 2005 Hyundai Tiburon with 15k. I am hearing a "clanking" sound on

Is my starter going out?22 Feb 2006 23:29 GMT4
I've got a 1991 honda civic LX.  I've had ignition coil problems but
recently replaced the coil, dist. cap and plug wires and I think that
is OK.  Now sometimes when I go to start my car there is kind of a
grinding noise, and it doesn't turn over.  If I keep trying it usually

92 Civic overheating...22 Feb 2006 17:46 GMT11
I have a 92 Civic dx which is overheating.  The radiator fan is not
coming on.  I jumped it to the battery and it worked, so the motors

shorted the thermo switch plug and the fan came on, so the switch may
vacuum advance22 Feb 2006 17:30 GMT2
First of all, I'm not the owner of the car, but hopefully I can explain

My boyfriend just bought a brand new distributor (sorry if I spell
