Problems with Honda Hybrids?30 Mar 2006 06:21 GMT11
I don't see many questions about Honda hybrids.
Are they posted on another board?
2006 Odyssey - should i buy one?30 Mar 2006 05:32 GMT6
Back in '04 i traded in my Ford F-250 guzzler for the Honda Element.
Love it. Now my wife wants to trade in her Ford Expedition for a Honda
Odyssey. It sure looks to be a comfortable well designed minivan and,
in many ways, looks to be the best in class.
what if the navi screen/headunit broke?30 Mar 2006 05:32 GMT2
Not sure how many years has Honda offered Navi in their Accord/Pilot.
Is there anyone ever got into problem while it is out of warranty?
I started to feel insecure about so many functions are built into that navi
unit.  What if it is broke few years later?
Spark Plug Gap?30 Mar 2006 02:15 GMT5
Hello, I have a 2003 Honda CR-V.  According to the tune-up specifications my
spark-plug gap should be 0.039-0.043.  Does this mean I can gap it anywhere
in-between these two points, or is there a specific gap?
Thanks,
2003 Accord V6 EX coupe transmission problem30 Mar 2006 01:32 GMT6
I have a 2003 V6 EX Coupe with 36,600 miles and the transmission
occasionaly slips when trying to shift from 1st to 2nd gear. I have
only owned the car for a month and it has happened to me three times
already. The problem seems to occur within a minute of driving the car
1992 Accord LX brake light problems.29 Mar 2006 22:55 GMT3
All three of the brakelights on my car are not working, I replaced them
all today as well. The running lights work however, there is just no
reaction when I press the brake pedal. Is there a fuse for the
brakelights I'm missing....all I saw were headlight fuses. Thanks for
Air Condition Problems29 Mar 2006 18:06 GMT7
I have a 2005 Honda Accord LX with 40,000 (yes, I know I drive a lot) It's
out of warranty and the extended warranty does not apply.  I was driving down
the highway with the air conditioner on when all of a sudden the air stop
blowing cold air. I took it into the Honda dealer and ...

Replacement tires for Civic Hybrid29 Mar 2006 15:53 GMT4
The time to buy new tires is drawing near, so I am interested in
feedback, input, and general noise about what brands/models I should
investigate before our purchase.  Our 2004 Civic hybrid currently has
Dunlop SP20 FE tires (size 185/70SR14) installed on it from the
stuck distributor rotor29 Mar 2006 15:31 GMT9
OK. After spending a couple hours and over a hundred bucks doing yearly
maintenance, I can't get the little rotor off. It's held on by one
philips screw and I'm afraid I'm stripping the thing by trying to get
it off. The edge of the rotor is good and straight, but a little

Question about mp3 Player add-on for Accord29 Mar 2006 10:59 GMT1
I have found a copy of the manual for Honda's mp3 accessory, which is
available for the 2005, 2006 Accords.  The good news, for me :), is it
has a random mode which enables play of all your songs in a folder (up
to the folder's 255 file max.) in a random manner and you can have 100
Better MPG with premium spark plugs?29 Mar 2006 07:00 GMT16
I have an '87 CRX Si that runs great and gets the expected mpg. Will I
get better gas mileage with premium spark plugs and wires?

One other Legend question: oxygen sensor29 Mar 2006 06:43 GMT4
Thanks for the group's input on ball joint issues. The tool store that
will be helping me with that also has something else I'll need: an
oxygen sensor socket. As best as I can guess without having a socket
that can get to it, it looks like a standard 7/8" (22mm). Does this
Considering 06 Civic-question re visibility29 Mar 2006 04:04 GMT8
I went for second test drive last night and noticed that I can't see the
front of the car beyond the windshield because the hood slopes down.
For those of you with this car or another which does the same thing, did
you indeed get "used to it"?  If yes, how long do you estimate ...
