can u fit a gsr engine in an 89 prelude si

I read that the Element is made in ohio would a dealer in the USA be
able or willing to sell a right hand drive version for importing into
the UK? I also read that RHD version is imported from Ohio to  Japan
for the Japanese market.

I had Advance Auto give me this code P1456 from an OBDII unit. Under the
code it says   Manufacturer Contrl. Auxiliary emission Controls. It does'nt
specify or pinpiont the problem.Please Help!

Does anyone have detailed instructions on the removal and installation of
the power steering high pressure hose on a 1991 Prelude?  Someone sent me a

94 Accord 2.0i. Engine is surging between 1000rpm and 2000rpm when
stationary or the clutch is dipped when driving. Engine light has not
come on and there appear to be no fault codes present. Otherwise, the
car drives perfectly ok.

My understanding is the only possible reason for this failure mode is
the hydraulic system is malfunctioning. The mechanic I took it to
claims that the clutch itself needs replacing. How is it possible for
