Hello. I own a 2000 Honda Accord LX and recently I noticed some paint

I have a 99 Accord V6 with 110,000 miles.  The Malfunction Indicator
Lamp came on, and I ran the code and got P0401 Insufficient EGR Flow.

    My 95 Accord DX began to leak some oil from the distributor and so I've pulled out the distributor am in the process of replacing  the O-Ring.
The problem is that there was no O-Ring so I can only assume that the rubber disintegrated from age. When I'm sliding the new O-Ring back ...
