Fuel Consomption from OBD-II values09 Oct 2006 01:02 GMT5
Is there any way (formula) to calculate the fuel consumption (e.g.
L/100 KM or Gal/Mil) from values read from OBD-II interface?
I think next values could be taken into consideration to compute the
fuel consumption, but I don't know how exactly to interpret the result

Honda drive train life expectancy08 Oct 2006 20:09 GMT19
My daughter's new FIT Sport (auto trans) is the family's first Honda. It
drives and feels like a small Mercedes, and we agree with the favorable
articles regarding build quality and features. However, we've heard
unlikely stories about engine-trans longevity, and wonder if ...
Windshield wiper arm puts too much pressure on blade (buckling)08 Oct 2006 19:14 GMT6
I have a 97 accord (190K). Over the past 40K miles, I noticed that the
drivers side wiper blade leaves streaks. I tried replacing the blade
from a Trico to a Honda stock. Still the same problem.
Recently I noticed that the blade is buckling in certain parts as if
2003 Pilot EX-L Door Lock Issue08 Oct 2006 18:38 GMT3
My 2003-Pilot now is approaching 60k Miles.  The front passenger door lock
no longer responds to the keyless remote or the interior power open/close
buttons on the driver and front seat passenger doors.  The only way to
lock/unlock this door is to manually use the latch inside or ...

What parts do I need to change theTiming Belt on my '98 (4 cyl) Odyssey?08 Oct 2006 16:19 GMT11
The car only has 75K on it but it is eight years old.  I am going to
have my mechanic do it but he suggested that I get the parts and ask
the parts counter what they recommend changing.  He wasn't sure if the
idler pulley should be changed, for example.  I have never heard of

My 2000 Honda Civic is making a kind of groining noise when braking. The pads
are fine and the rotors have been turned. I have isolated this noise to the

Advice wanted - Should it stay or should it go?07 Oct 2006 23:27 GMT25
I think my '93 Accord is cursed!  Up until the start of this year, it had
been rock solid with very few non-routine problems.  But since the start of
the year, it has experienced a handful of silly and/or annoying problems.
They include:
2006 Accord climate control failed07 Oct 2006 18:30 GMT6
Two days ago I was driving on the freeway and I heard a hissing noise.  I
turned down the radio and after a few seconds the noise was gone.  The
climate control (AC - air conditioner) was on.  It continued to run but it
didn't cool the air anymore.
2006 Civic Sedan - Blinking Red light07 Oct 2006 16:49 GMT4
I tried RTFM and I will accept that I'm dumb, because I could not find
anything directly relevant.
The Audio system anti-theft light blinks every 2 seconds when the car
is unattended.  Isn't that a bit much?  Can I turn it off?
Bad connection in headlamp electrical connector07 Oct 2006 15:41 GMT4
I have a 97 Accord (190K miles). 1/2 the nights my drivers side

The bulb is fine. It seems to be the connector that clips on the bulb.
Jiggling the connector does nothing. However if I remove the connector
